London between October and December
From mid-November the lights go on in Covent Garden, Regent Street and Carnaby, and Winter Wonderland opens in Hyde Park. In October the days are still mild and the museums less crowded.
Practical tips
- Bring a passport or an ID card valid for travel, and check the UK ETA requirements.
- From the arrival airport take the express trains: they are faster than a taxi.
- Landing at Capodichino late in the evening? Add your flight number: the Scarpato shuttle waits for you even if you are delayed.
