The service
The service covers looking after the vehicle in the Scarpato car park for the booked period and, if requested, the shuttle transfer between the car park and the chosen locations, the car valet and the other extras chosen.
Booking
A booking made on the website is registered when the booking number is shown. The customer gives the arrival and return dates and times, the outbound and return locations and the vehicles, all of the same type. With a single vehicle, plate and model can be given on arrival; with several vehicles each plate is required.
Price
The price is calculated on the price list in force for the chosen dates and is the one shown on confirmation, VAT included. Days are counted as calendar days: the arrival day and the return day each count as a full day.
Payment
Payment is made in cash at the Scarpato car park. Nothing is charged when booking online.
Changes and cancellations
The customer can ask to change or cancel the booking by contacting the car park on 081 738 07 60 or at scarpatoparcheggio@gmail.com, quoting the booking number. Stays beyond the booked time are charged on the price list in force.
Shuttle
The customer must be at the meeting point at the booked return time. If flights, trains or ships given in the booking are delayed, the shuttle adapts.
Car valet
Scarpato staff collect and/or return the vehicle at the chosen location. Car valet is charged per vehicle and per trip. The condition of the vehicle is checked together at hand-over.
Liability
Scarpato is liable for damage to the vehicle while in its care within the limits of the law. It is not liable for items left inside the vehicle.
