Yes, the car park never closes. The shuttle and car valet run at different times for each location (for example the airport from 1:00 to 24:00): you see them in the booking form when you choose a location.

At the car park, in cash. Booking online, you pay nothing in advance. Online card payment is coming soon.

Yes. The outbound and return trips are included for all passengers and luggage, to every location we serve: the booking summary shows the details.

Of course. You choose the outbound and return locations separately: for example, you leave from the airport and come back to Mergellina port.

Add your flight, train or ship number to the booking: the shuttle adapts. If you did not add it, call our help line, open 24/7.

With one vehicle they are optional: if you do not have them to hand, we register them when you arrive. If you book several vehicles together, we need each plate.

Yes, up to 10 vehicles of the same type in one booking, for example two cars. For vehicles of different types, make one booking per type. Washing is chosen vehicle by vehicle.

Yes: you have not paid anything in advance. Call or email us with your booking number and we change the dates and locations or cancel it.

At the end you see your booking number straight away: save it or take a screenshot, you need it when you arrive and for any changes. You also find it on the «My bookings» page on the same phone or computer.

Yes: a fenced and lit area, 24/7 CCTV and staff always on site. Keys are kept in a safe.

One of our drivers collects the vehicle at your outbound location and/or returns it to you at your return location. You can choose it for the outbound trip only, the return only, or both. It is charged per vehicle and per trip.

Yes, we have dedicated bays for motorbikes and for motorhomes up to 8 metres. The booking form shows the vehicle types available.
