Vienna between October and December
The markets open from mid-November: the most famous is in front of the Rathaus, the most romantic at Schönbrunn. In December there are classical concerts almost every evening.
Practical tips
- The CAT train links the airport to the centre in 16 minutes.
- It is cold in December: bring gloves and a hat for the evening markets too.
- Over the December holidays spaces go quickly: book your parking as soon as you have your flight.
