Why an off-site car park
Car parks inside airports and stations are convenient but expensive for long stays. An off-site car park with a shuttle usually costs a fraction and, if it is close to the ring-road exits, it is often easier to reach too.
What to check
A fenced and lit area, 24/7 CCTV, staff on site, safe key storage and a shuttle included. Be wary of very low prices without reviews you can check.
What it costs
